You can leave your wardrobe in the Tonhalle free of charge! Please understand that jackets, coats etc. may not be taken into the concert hall for security reasons.

The catering in the Tonhalle is open for you from 60 minutes before the start of the concert and during the interval.

The Tonhalle Düsseldorf opens 60 minutes before the concert. Guests are usually admitted to the hall 30 minutes before the performance.

Admission for guests arriving late can only be granted during intermissions by staff and cannot be guaranteed.

For copyright reasons, photography and audio recordings are not allowed during the concerts.

If you have a mobile phone or smartwatch, please ensure all sound notifications are switched off.

If you arrive late, please speak to a member of the foyer staff. We will do our best to seat you as soon as possible, but we ask for your understanding that disruptions to the performance must be kept to a minimum. In rare cases, you may only be able to take your seat during the intermission.

We make every effort to avoid changes to the programme, cast, or concert dates. Nevertheless, some changes may occasionally occur. Up-to-date information can be found in our online concert search, and important announcements are shared free of charge via our email newsletter, subscriber service letters, the press, and our social media channels. Please note that such changes do not entitle ticket or subscription holders to a refund.

A complimentary programme booklet is provided at our concerts. You can pick it up in the foyer or receive it from the front-of-house staff. Approximately one week before the concert, the booklet can also be downloaded as a PDF on the respective concert page.

The Tonhalle has six wheelchair spaces, which can be reached by lift – three in Section C and three in Section F. Visitors with reduced mobility can also use this lift to access the 2nd and 3rd stalls of Sections C and F more easily. If you have any questions or require assistance, the foyer team will be happy to help.

In addition, designated parking spaces for visitors with a valid disabled parking permit are available in the driveway at the main entrance.

Wheelchair-accessible seats for Heinersdorff concerts are available at a reduced rate and can be booked by phone on +49 211 13 53 70 or online at heinersdorff-konzerte.de.

People with disabilities with a degree of disability of 70% or more, as well as their companion (if the disability is registered as ‘B’), receive a 20% discount on the net ticket price.

Wheelchair users receive a 50% discount on the net ticket price, and their companion a 20% discount.

Discounts apply to single tickets only. Proof of eligibility must be presented at the entrance without being asked. Tickets already purchased at full price cannot be discounted at a later date.
