The box office opens one hour before the concert begins. You will find it on the left-hand side in the box office foyer at the main entrance.

Your ticket is valid as a ticket on the Rhine-Ruhr public transport network (Deutsche Bahn 2nd class).

Tonhalle-Ufer ‘Unteres Werft’ car park: Robert-Lehr-Ufer, 40474 Düsseldorf (parking also available for buses)
 

The car park ticket can be paid for at a flat rate at two machines in the Tonhalle. During major events (e.g. fish market, funfair) and in the run-up to Christmas, the car park can only be used to a limited extent.
 

No concert tariff applies in the surrounding car parks:

• Parkgarage am Kunstpalast, Brüderstraße 1 (For promotions in the Robert-Schumann-Saal, underground access into the building from one hour before the start of the event).
• ERGO multi-storey car park (evenings and weekends only). Entrance to the left of the car park at the Kunstpalast
• Art Collection, Grabbeplatz 5
• Kunsthalle, Grabbeplatz 4
• Ratinger Tor, Ratinger Straße 50
• Scheibenstraße, Scheibenstraße 2

You can leave your wardrobe in the Tonhalle free of charge! Please understand that jackets, coats etc. may not be taken into the concert hall for security reasons.

The catering in the Tonhalle is open for you from 60 minutes before the start of the concert and during the interval.

The Tonhalle has six wheelchair spaces, which can be reached by lift – three in Section C and three in Section F. Visitors with reduced mobility can also use this lift to access the 2nd and 3rd stalls of Sections C and F more easily. If you have any questions or require assistance, the foyer team will be happy to help.

In addition, designated parking spaces for visitors with a valid disabled parking permit are available in the driveway at the main entrance.

An accessible parking bay is available in the inner courtyard of the Kunstpalast, accessible via Inselstraße/Ehrenhof. The step-free entrance is located to the side of the main entrance and is clearly signposted. The Robert Schumann Hall is on the first basement level and can be reached by lift; the accessible restroom is on the ground floor.
